Registration is not the same as completing a Right to Work check. Before you can start an assignment, we must complete the appropriate check required under current Home Office guidance. Depending on your status, this may involve the Home Office online service or an approved prescribed-document checking route.
Expired physical Biometric Residence Permits are not accepted as proof of Right to Work. If we need information from you, we'll tell you which checking route applies.
