What data we collect
For client enquiries, we collect the contact and assignment information you submit, such as company name, contact name, email, optional phone number, site location and labour requirement. For operator registrations, we may collect contact details, availability, qualification and card details, Right to Work information, CV information and documents needed for recruitment or compliance checks.
Why we collect it
We use client enquiry data to review and respond to labour requirements. We use operator data to manage registration, assess suitability for assignments, complete required checks, administer engagements and meet legal, tax, payroll and record-keeping obligations.
How we store and retain it
We use access-controlled cloud services including Google Workspace. We keep records only for as long as needed for recruitment, client enquiries, assignments and the legal, tax, payroll, compliance and record-keeping requirements that apply to each type of record.
Website forms and service providers
The client requirement form and operator registration form are provided through Jotform. Information submitted through these forms is processed so Midlands Plant Recruitment Ltd can receive and respond to client requirements, manage operator registrations and complete recruitment and compliance workflows. We also use other service providers, including Google Workspace, to operate the business and store records.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics only if you choose to accept analytics. When accepted, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar storage to help us understand how visitors use the website and improve it. Advertising storage, Google signals and personalised advertising are disabled in this setup. You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time using the Analytics settings button on the website.
Sharing and your rights
Where necessary for recruitment or an assignment, relevant information may be shared with a prospective or actual construction client and with service providers used to operate our business. We do not sell personal data. You can contact info@midlandsplantrecruitment.co.uk about access, correction, deletion or other data-protection rights; some records may need to be retained where there is a legal obligation or other lawful basis.
